Restaurants, cafes, markets, shopping malls, as well as major train & boat stations are in walking distance

Our apartment is a perfect place for digital nomads, remote workers, students & anyone who wants to stay a bit longer in Bangkok to have a more local experience, but still be in the center. ABAC, Stamford and Ramkhamhaeng University are in the same neighbourhood of the building Public transport Only 700m to Airport link (ARL) Ramkhamhaeng Station with direct connections to: - Airport 4 stations - Metro (MRT) 1 station - Central World 2 stations - Skytrain (BTS) 3 stations Only 1.2 km to Khlong Saen Saep Boat Pier along the whole city with interchange at Central World and final station at Golden Mount with Khao San Road and many temples and historical sights in walking distance. Only a view meter to different Bus lines

Other Details to Note

The Wifi has 1000 mbps download and 300 mbps upload. We have spare towels and bedsheets in the wardrobe which you can wash and change yourself anytime. If anything runs out a 7ELEVEN supermarket is directly on the ground floor of the building. You сan buy toilet paper, cleaning supplies, washing detergent, food, drinks etc. directly there. House Rules

This beautiful apartment is in a big Condominium building where mainly Bangkok locals are living. This is not a hotel which is of course a great local Airbnb experience, but that comes also with some rules: - No smoking, vaping, candles in the entire building, also not in the room or on the balcony. - No noise, no loud music, no party, no outside guests or gatherings in the room, at the pool area or anywhere else in the building - Wear proper clothes at all time (No shirtless walking) - After swimming dry yourself before entering the elevator - Follow all the building rules, try to blend in, enjoy the local experience and don't try to stick out as a tourist as you didn't book a hotel! :) - Don't stick posters or anything else at the walls, keep clean and respect things with respect. Breaking the House rules will come with high fines from the building Thanks a lot from your understanding

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have mobile internet on your arrival day to coordinate the key handover and check-in etc. with us. Check-in time is earliest 3pm. VIP Service: If you want that one of our drivers pick you up directly at the Suvarnabhumi airport and bring you to the apartment please let us know. This extra service cost only 700 thb and is very convenient. Pick up from the Don Mueang Airport or other locations might be more expensive. You will get the exact apartment location, more details and instruction in your booking confirmation and can coordinate key handover, airport pick up and check in etc. with us before arrival.

Really enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay as much as possible, but I guess I’m not the only one so book in advance! Very great cozy apartment, super quiet neighbors and I had only positive experience in this accommodation, worth the money!

We had such an amazing stay at Aom and Oliver’s place! Booked for 7 days but got an extra day free which was such a nice bonus. Early check-in was super smooth and checkout was just as easy. The condo itself was really comfy and we got to make full use of the gym and pool — both are excellent! Location is also very convenient with easy access to all kinds of transportation like the train, bus, and even 'Songthaew'. Loved having everything we needed in one place. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
