Please supervise young children at all times for their safety. • Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a respectful minimum during these times out of consideration for neighbors. • Maintain the cleanliness of the apartment throughout your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Before departure, please dispose of all garbage in the designated areas. • The furniture is arranged for your comfort and safety. Kindly do not rearrange it during your stay. • Ensure all items provided in the apartment remain in place and are returned before departure. • Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning needs, damage, or lost items as follows: – Excessive cleaning: THB 500 – 1,000 – Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Damages: Full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee – Left items: Can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • Please treat the apartment with respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • A departure checklist will be provided to help you leave the apartment in an orderly state.
