If you do smoke please use the smoking area at the ground floor. This was a great value and comfortable space. I stayed for 3 nights and they were enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, not hard and great hot water. it's in a safe and quiet neighborhood and walkable. We went to a great Cafe Ari Cafe that's on the same street amd 2min walk. Also a corner store at the end of block, also a food plaza near the hospital so there was plenty to eat in the area. The roof top pool and 2nd floor gym was a nice plus to have as well. Orn was responsive when we had questions and also let us leave our luggage in the apartment until 1pm. which was perfect for our afternoon flight. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment in Bangkok for four days and had a really good experience. The place was clean and comfortable, and the AC made a big difference in the heat. The gym was convenient and had everything we needed for a quick workout. The pool was definitely a highlight—really nice and perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. Overall, a great stay without any major issues. Would happily come back. Orn was super responsive and clear with the instructions for check in.

Orn is a very nice and responsive host, and we love the apartment so much, the place is very clean and comfy, the check-in flow is clear and flexible, the location of the apartment is quite convenient, easy access to the city town / big shopping malls, i would definitely recommend this flat to my friends!

Two words! Super host. This accommodation was the highlight of our trip. Everything from the spacious room, the complimentary items, massage chairs, to the pool with breathtaking views of the city . Lloyd is a gem! I will stay here every time we visit. Thank you for making our time in Bangkok special.

I had a great stay! The room was fully equipped with everything I needed - linens, kitchenware, towels, toilet paper, and even trash bags. It was clean and comfortable. Felt just like home!
