ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & PROPERTY CARE GUIDELINES PROPERTY CARE • No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas if applicable. • No parties or events allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and the residential atmosphere of the building. • Please switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy. • No pets or animals are allowed in the building, including service, assistance, or emotional support animals, due to building regulations and severe allergies. • Please treat the apartment and shared facilities with care and respect during your stay. • Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, appliances, decorations, and all room amenities with care and respect. • Standing, jumping, climbing, or walking on furniture, sofas, chairs, tables, beds, window ledges, or decorative items is strictly prohibited. • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, rough handling, or failure to follow house rules will be charged to the guest.
