The property is a privately owned and professionally maintained residence. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property as they would their own home. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & PROPERTY CARE GUIDELINES PROPERTY CARE • No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas if applicable. • No parties or events allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and the residential atmosphere of the building. • Please switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy. • No pets or animals are allowed in the building, including service, assistance, or emotional support animals, due to building regulations and severe allergies. • Please treat the apartment and shared facilities with care and respect during your stay. • Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, appliances, decorations, and all room amenities with care and respect. • Standing, jumping, climbing, or walking on furniture, sofas, chairs, tables, beds, window ledges, or decorative items is strictly prohibited. • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, rough handling, or failure to follow house rules will be charged to the guest. CHILD SAFETY & SUPERVISION • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for any damage, stains, breakage, or safety incidents involving children during the stay. • Children are not permitted to climb on furniture, beds, railings, decorative fixtures, gym equipment, or common area furniture. STAINS & EXTRA CLEANING • Please avoid eating, drinking colored beverages, applying makeup, hair dye, oils, or other staining substances on beds, sofas, cushions, linens, towels, and decorative fabrics. • Any excessive stains requiring professional cleaning, replacement, or restoration may result in additional charges. • Deep cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition. DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT COSTS • Any damaged, broken, stained, missing, or permanently marked items will be charged based on repair, cleaning, replacement, or restoration cost. • Guests may be required to reimburse the full replacement cost for severely damaged items. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Additional unregistered guests, gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted without prior approval. SECURITY & LIABILITY • Guests are responsible for securing their room and personal belongings. • The property owner and management are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. • Any damage discovered after check-out that can be reasonably linked to the guest's stay may still be charged accordingly. CHECK-OUT CONDITION • Please return the room in a reasonable and tidy condition. • Excessive mess, improper waste disposal, food waste left inside the room, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION • The property may conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, including photo documentation, to verify room condition and assess any damage or missing items.

Guests have full private access to the apartment, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. You’ll also have access to the building’s shared facilities, including the gym, laundry area, and on-site parking.
