A suite of Chinese lacquer tones, antiques and dramatic lighting on the 3rd floor of a 1970s house on Soi Sukhumvit 32. It is one of only four guest suites above the building's Thai restaurant, with a king bed, a rain shower and a balcony at each end of the room. Good to know before you book: the shower and the toilet are in separate spaces across a short hallway, and the toilet has no door. The road-side windows let in traffic sound at night, and the suite is up three flights of stairs with no elevator.
