Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Prior to departure, please dispose of all garbage in the designated areas. • The furniture in the apartment is strategically placed for your comfort and safety; kindly do not rearrange it. • Please ensure that all items provided in the apartment are accounted for before your departure. • Additional charges may apply in the event of excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or lost items: – Excessive cleaning: THB 500–1,000 – Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Damages: Full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee – Left items can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • We urge all guests to treat the apartment with respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 22:00 (10:00 PM), to maintain a peaceful community atmosphere. • A departure checklist will be provided to assist with leaving the apartment in an orderly state. Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and utensils for preparing meals. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, as well as a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment. The bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo for your convenience. In addition to the apartment, guests are welcome to use the building’s shared facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool, fitness gym, and common areas. The property also provides 24-hour security, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. You will be able to enjoy all accessible amenities in the building throughout your stay. 🏙️✨
