We kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules to ensure the continued quality and enjoyment of our property: • Pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on balconies or terraces. • Events, parties, and gatherings of any kind are not permitted. • Children of all ages are welcome. • Infants (under 2 years old) are welcome to stay. • Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 06:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. • Maintain the cleanliness of the apartment throughout your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Prior to departure, please dispose of all garbage in the designated areas. • The furniture is arranged for your comfort and safety. Kindly avoid moving or rearranging any furniture during your stay. • Please ensure all items provided in the apartment are accounted for before your departure. • Additional charges will apply in the event of: - Excessive cleaning required (THB 500 - 1,000) - Lost items (replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee) - Damages (full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee) - Left items – can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • Treat the property with the utmost respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • Be mindful of your noise level, particularly during the evening and early morning. Your cooperation ensures a harmonious community. • A checklist will be provided to assist with your departure preparations, helping you to leave the apartment in an orderly state. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, and private balcony. You will also have access to the condominium’s shared facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, lounge areas, gardens, games room, mini theater, golf simulator, and children’s play areas, subject to building rules and operating hours. For your convenience, the building offers 24-hour security and secure key-card access.
